
Career Counselling Session for Outgoing Students

To guide and motivate the outgoing batch of students towards their future academic and professional journeys, a Career Counselling Session was successfully organized by the Kaiti NC Alumni Association The event was held in the presence of distinguished guests Mr. Swapan Nandi, B.Tech, and Mr. Biswapriya Roy, M.Com—both highly accomplished professionals in their respective fields.
The primary objective of the session was to provide students with clarity on the various career paths available after their school education, spanning across both academic and vocational domains. Mr. Swapan Nandi shared his experiences in the engineering and technical sector, explaining the significance of STEM education, various entrance examinations, and career opportunities in fields such as engineering, IT, and emerging technologies. On the other hand, Mr. Biswapriya Roy enlightened students about commerce, finance, business studies, and professional courses like CA, CS, CMA, and MBA, shedding light on the importance of strategic planning and skill development.
The session included a lively interactive segment, where both current students and alumni eagerly engaged with the guests. Questions ranged from subject choices, entrance exam preparations, and college selection to doubts about career stability, financial independence, and long-term growth. The guests responded with practical advice, motivation, and personalized guidance based on their professional journeys.
This counselling program was not only informative but also inspiring, helping students overcome career-related confusion and anxiety. It encouraged them to identify their interests and strengths while keeping a realistic view of the competitive world.
The event concluded with words of encouragement from the guests and appreciation from teachers and students alike. The school extended heartfelt thanks to the guests for their valuable time and insights, and plans to hold such sessions regularly to empower students with the right direction and confidence.
