Step 1: Application Form Submission

Alumni fills out a Membership Application Form (online or paper-based).

Membership Type (e.g., Regular / Lifetime)

Step 2: Document Verification (Optional)

Verify alumni credentials (if needed):

Degree/Marksheet copy

College ID or proof of enrollment

Step 3: Membership Fee Payment

Member pays a nominal fee (if applicable):

Online (via UPI, card, or bank transfer)

Offline (cash/cheque at the office)

Regular: ₹ 200 per year

Lifetime: ₹ 5000 one-time

Step 4: Approval & Confirmation
