Glorious History Simple Membership Process for Alumni Association

Step 1: Application Form Submission

  • Alumni fills out a Membership Application Form (online or paper-based).

  • Required details may include:

    • Full Name

    • Batch / Year of Graduation

    • Department / Course

    • Contact Info (Phone, Email)

    • Address

    • Current Profession

    • Membership Type (e.g., Regular / Lifetime)

Step 2: Document Verification (Optional)

  • Verify alumni credentials (if needed):

    • Degree/Marksheet copy

    • College ID or proof of enrollment

Step 3: Membership Fee Payment

  • Member pays a nominal fee (if applicable):

    • Online (via UPI, card, or bank transfer)

    • Offline (cash/cheque at the office)

    • Fee structure examples:

      • Regular: ₹ 200 per year

      • Lifetime: ₹ 5000 one-time

Step 4: Approval & Confirmation

  • Alumni association committee reviews and approves application.

  • Member receives:

    • Confirmation Email or SMS

    • Digital Membership ID or Certificate

Step 5: Access to Benefits

  • Once approved, the member can:

    • Attend alumni events

    • Join alumni groups/communities (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)

    • Access networking/job/referral opportunities

    • Vote in alumni body elections (if applicable)
